As Within, So Without

Tapping into the houses of the natal chart as parts of the Whole Self

Last time, I introduced the natal chart as Parts Work, utilizing some of my placements as examples of Managers, Firefighters, & Exiles, while also explaining how the Self is meant to be the Sun. This time, I’m taking you through the houses, the areas of life that I also believe are “parts”, as we can all be different people given the right circumstances, whether we have placements in that area or not. Whenever I have my “council meetings”, I imagine a circle of chairs: some filled, some empty, all corresponding to an area of my life. As the Moon cycles through my chart, I meet different parts of myself: the areas of life that I have a hard time accessing because I don’t have placements there. It’s how I’m able to check in with energies that are harder for me to access, so I can ensure no part of me is neglected or silenced.
